"I first used K.M Roofing and Property Maintenance when selling my home in 2023. They completed work on my roof and chimney as an issue had been brought up on the level 3 survey on my home. K.M Roofing and Property Maintenance completed the work and supplied all the necessary paperwork that could be sent to the Solicitors so the sale could proceed. Once I had moved into my new home, I had an emergency roof leak and K.M Roofing and Property Maintenance came out on a weekend to help. Summer 2025 K.M Roofing and Property Maintenance supplied full scaffolding around my 3-story property and completed multiple jobs at my home including new guttering and fascia boards, flat roof replacement, chimney repointing and lead flashing replacement. K.M Roofing and Property Maintenance are very professional, Kyle and his team go above and beyond. Every time I have used them, I have been extremely happy with the quality of work, and I have and would highly recommended their services."

Kyle and his team from K.M Roofing and Property Maintenance have undertaken two jobs for us. The first was to remove the chimney stack and fit solar panels. The second was to fit a chimney cowl. Speaking to Kyle one of filled with confidence that he and team are experts in their roles. They are honest and trustworthy. Prices are reasonable and work is undertaken in an effective and efficient way. I would not hesitate to recommend K.M Roofing and Property Maintenance.
Quick to come and quote when I explained the issue. They were very knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done with a very reasonable quote. They arrived when they said they would and the gents who worked on my roof and also in the loft were very professional, got on with the job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.
