KM Builders+Roofers replaced a large flat roof for me last year. The response to my inquiry for an estimate was prompt(within the hour) and came for an initial site visit as arranged. The estimate was given within 24 hours and a time to start works was agreed to suit my requirements. When the team came to commence work introductions were made and the schedule discussed. The team worked diligently throughout the time they were on site and communication was always excellent. I was extremely confident in their approach and high standards of work. As a retired woman living alone I appreciated their ability to discuss all aspects of the work with me and the respect with which they acknowledged my decisions at all times. It is always easy to contact KM Builders and they will 100% promptly get in touch directly. The standard of completed work is highly satisfactory and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I needed a roof repair for a house in Plymouth and hunted around for quotes. Some companies did not even respond but KM Building and Roofing called back straight away and arranged to view and quote the job. Once agreed, the work was carried out promptly and professionally and within the agreed timescales. I was provided with videos / pictures of the work “before and after” and a full explanation. I was very happy with the repairs and would highly recommend Ken and his team.

The surveyor was very honest, I was considering replacing whole roof but his advice was not to and just repair ridge tiles and advised if I wanted to spend more doing soffits was more important. They started work within the agreed 4 weeks, I was impressed as they was a big storm in this period and I am sure quite a few emergency jobs that came in for them so I was expecting a delay. Communications were good throughout, I tended to have to contact outside normal working day due to my commitments and this was not a problem. I am not sure if I could have got a cheaper quote but I just felt I would have no problems with this team and I was right and to be honest I just needed a hassle free transaction.

From start to finish KM Roofing Sourh West really looked after me with my roof that had a leak. Very professional and nothing was to much of a problem. Step by step they helped even with my insurance claim.

Very good service at a good price

I had a rotten board under an eaves fascia board, and it went under the roof a few feet as well,so several tiles had to be removed, as well as replacing the damaged felt and batons, completed the job in 1 day, just had to pop back with a small bit the next day, no extra charges, and the workmen were very pleasant, job well done. All the rubbish was removed cleanly.

We had leaks in kitchen @ dining room from our roof. Contacted Co via trust a trader. K.M. replied promptly and Rob Morrow arrived to video and assess the problems.Told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote, which was fine. Being a very old bungalow the roof then threw up lots more problems.No worries..the Co roofers sorted everything out very methodically and attentively, keeping me informed all the way. Excellent lads, hard workers and good humoured, a pleasure to watch work. Every scrap of rubbish cleared and taken away. This also included rubbish which had fallen into the loft. When you are older it is nerve wracking knowing if you are employing the right people. Believe me with this co there is NO doubt. Thrilled with finished roof. Don’t hesitate..as my old Dad used to say you’ve tried the rest..now try the best ! Thank you K.M.

The boys that fixed our roof were amazing, very friendly and the work was amazing we now have a dry utility room and they also removed our chimney, so no more seagulls nesting on our roof. Everything they have done has been amazing....

Replace facial and drainpipe Ken visited me the day after i posted my job and gave me a quote the following day that we were very pleased with. The work was completed a few days later. We were very happy with the team who arrived on time, they were polite. They talked through what they were going to do and did a neat job. They took away the old pipes and cleaned up. We will definitely use Ken and his team again and would recommend them without hesitation. It's not easy to find someone who is prepared to do small jobs so we feel lucky to have found him.

Roof repair. It might involve a chimney. Mr White did what he said he would do.He did not rush the job and waited to see if the repairs were effective before taking down the scaffold.I was very pleased with his approach to the problem and I would ask him again to do roof repairs.
