Was recommended Kimo by a reliable friend, after a what’s app Kimo was round next day to survey and I received a formal quote via email by the evening. Within several days Kimo and team was round to remove our conventional boiler system and install a new combi and thermastat. Would definitely use KPS Plumbing again and recommend to others.

On both jobs, workmanship was outstanding, the work was carried out efficiently and quickly, Hive installed that's been so great to use so much easier to sort the heating out!! Towel radiator looks great, clean, tidy jobs. Highly recommend!!

I really felt that Kimo had come to my rescue! I had needed someone to come out quickly when a gas leak was discovered while my smart meter was being fitted. Kimo answered the phone straight away and arranged that he’d arrive in about 2 hours. He was prompt and immediately set about finding the leak. The job entailed pulling out my fitted gas oven and replacing a section of pipe. Kimo was courteous and pleasant throughout. He tidied up afterwards and it was a pleasure having him in the house. A very good experience.

I can’t praise kimo enough, I had been recommended to the company as I was wanting a service, I text Monday night and he came out on Tuesday, unfortunately there was a problem with our boiler, which meant we needed a new one. Kimo kept us well informed and we agreed on a boiler. Within just over 48 hours from when he first came out, we had our new boiler fitted. On day of installation they arrived promptly, Jake was engineer, all work was clean and tidy all rubbish took away. I can’t fault this company at all, excellent service through out.

Our boiler was leaking gas and stopped working. Kimo sent out an engineer the next working day, and let us know the options: repair or replace. Their quote was very reasonable compared to others and they managed to change the boiler the very next day. Their engineer, Jake, prepared us for the worst as we needed to remove some of the ceiling and tiles in the toilet where the boiler was.....but... Jake did a great job. Neat holes in the ceiling and put in inspection covers and the ceiling looks very tidy. Plus, managed to avoid touching the tiles at all. A fast, tidy job - thanks Jake and Kimo!

Our central heating boiler was in need of being replaced. A friend recommended KPS plumbing and we requested a quote on fitting a new boiler. Kimo, the owner of the company visited us and within a few days sent us a quote. We were very happy with the costs and asked for it to be installed. Within a week the boiler was installed. We also had a new hive thermostat controller installed which controls the central heating over existing WiFi. The fitting was carried out quickly with all rubbish and debris cleared away. The area was left very clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending KPS.

Absolutely brilliant service!! Came and quoted offering exactly what I had been looking for. I've waited 9 months before writing this review as I wanted to be absolutely sure of no issues occurring. Kimo had to return to add some insulation to external pipe, did wonder whether I'd have to chase but no, he was true to his word!! Can only shout out loud about this guy - superb!!

Was contacted within minutes of putting up the problem with my boiler. Was visited by Kemo who looked at the boiler throughly and explained every problem. Gave me the details of a further contact that would be able to help. Great service and kindness. Thank you.

Kimo did a stellar job! Booked for boiler service but found a fault in the gas line, fully explained the issue/how they came to find it and what repairs were required, quoted on the spot. Came back later on the same day and repaired the problem. Cleaned up any mess and completed the work quickly and to high standard, completed the boiler service once repairs finished. Will definitely be using again! Thanks

New boiler installed December 2021 by KPS. Recently had two way valve, pump and leaking hot water cylinder replaced . Work carried out in a timely manner to a high standard. Both Kimo and Jake were very professional. Happy to recommend.

Excellent service from Kimo. Attended to replace our Combi boiler on behalf of Boxt. Not only pleasant and knowledgeable he was efficient, made no mess and kept us informed on progress. Was not phased by Boxt failing to deliver new boiler he stayed late to ensure it was fitted when it did turn up. Very pleased with the work done. Nice chap too.

A problem has occurred with my shower tray, the manufacturer instructions advise to install the tray on sand and cement and not use silicone, KPS used silicone which has now resulted in several cracks appearing in my shower tray, despite contacting them for a resolution to the issue they refuse to put their error right and are now ignoring my correspondence

Excellent. Kimo the lead on this Installation New his stuff. His team were also very Competent and like Kimo very adept at Boiler Installations and Plumbing. Installation on the day had Challenges which they Overcome going that extra Mile to complete on the Day. Not going anywhere else for a Plumber KPS tick all the Boxes.

Kimo replaced our boiler, he was friendly polite and very knowledgable - not pushy at all - just gave us his recommendations and was very competitively priced. The work carried out was really tidy and clean and both Kimo and his fellow engineer were very respectful whilst getting the job done I would recommend KPS plumbing to anyone - and will certainly use them again What a delight to have a tradesman that you would look forward to calling for any future jobs

Have had KPS out for two jobs now, for a new boiler and for a new toilet. Kimo was professional, helpful, friendly and competitively priced. Wholeheartedly recommended.
