Lee and his team have built a single storey extension, removed a fireplace, redecorated most of our ground floor. They have also done a significant amount of work in our garden, including a new patio. We have been very happy with the entire process, and the finished product looks great. Lee has project managed everything, making useful suggestions about how we could improve on our original plans and been adaptable to changes we wanted to make. The team has been friendly and professional, keeping us informed throughout and clearing up at the end of each stage. We have also been impressed by how considerate they have been towards our neighbours.

We had 8 windows fitted by Mark & his team. The advice, guidance, and communication we received beforehand was excellent, with Mark giving suggestions for things we'd not even considered (despite this being our 4th window quote!) The price was reasonable compared to some of the extortionate quotes we received and the windows seem to be good quality. Mark was trustworthy from the start and kept us in the loop. The lead time was around 4-6 weeks (again, really reasonable considering some companies said 12plus weeks!) Mark and his team arrived just before 10am and were finished by 3pm! Incredibly quick but an excellent standard of work too. We've had awful experiences with several different trades making a mess, damaging things, not respecting privacy, but these guys were all very professional, tidy & considerate. They worked around us, fitting the windows in the best order for us, and made sure we had rooms that were safe for our baby to play. My husband was also able to work from home and have several meetings with minimal disruption. They made sure to cover up all our stuff well to keep it clean, helped move furniture, and then did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves too. They even worked cleanly around a blind we couldn't remove & fixed a broken blind for us too. It was an absolute pleasure. They made everything totally stress free. Can't recommend any more highly! Will definitely use them again for future work! Thank you!

I called the company to get a quote for repairing my front door, or to fit a new one, and we arranged for Lee to visit. Lee visited the house , which is an old Victorian property with leaded lights around the front door and we discussed the job. Lee advised on the type of issues involved with the work and he recommended that I bring in a specialist joiner to build a new door from scratch. Not only was Lee a really knowledgeable man, but I really admired the fact that he said that he isn't a specialist in this field and that is what is required. Lee even suggested one or two people I could approach. I certainly will be happy to call the company again, should I require work that they do specialise in.

LH services were excellent throughout. Both Mark and Nick have a huge amount of experience and were great throughout the designing and fitting process. Mark spent a good amount of time with us designing the windows that we wanted and was always available for a chat about any queries we had. Nick was fantastic at fitting the windows; the project was to time, at a good price, with a great finish and no mess. Thank you to the whole team.

Efficient, friendly service, our new door was ordered and installed really quickly which was important to us as we were working to a deadline. We were a little nervous about which door to choose and who to get to fit it as we had previously had a bad experience with one of the largest home improvement companies. The new door has been fitted well and looks lovely - wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark.

We had 5 new windows installed in the back of the house and had an old conservatory replaced with a new one. Mark provided an efficient and friendly service throughout the whole process from quotation to completion. Mark and Nick did a great job replacing all the 15 windows at our property. The bay sash windows in particular are absolutely stunning and have made a real impact on the look and feel of the house. They were always knowledgeable, on time, and friendly - I'd definitely recommend them!

From quote stage through to completion of the work, we have found LH Building Services to be helpful, reliable and efficient. Mark came to view the work and give us a quote. He was extremely helpful and made a number of suggestions that we had not considered regarding the work required. The work was carried out exactly as anticipated and we are extremely pleased with our new front door, picture window, replacement glass and adjustments to existing doors that he and his team carried out. We have already received a number of compliments on the improved look of our house and quality of the workmanship. We are now finding that our heating is much more efficient and the improvements have also cut out the external noises and droughts we had been experiencing. LH Building Services have just finished replacing our old conservatory and my wife and I could not be happier. The whole job was completed on time and to a very high standard indeed. Mark has an encyclopaedic knowledge of anything and everything to do with conservatory design and build. His vast experience, combined with Nick’s expert fitting skills, mean that no detail escapes their attention. Lee was very professional and was great at communicating everything that would be done on the extension. We were always able to get hold of Lee if we had any questions. Lee and his team are excellent at what they do, they were always very friendly and very easy to get along with and the workmanship that went into the build was of the highest standards. Honestly we cannot fault any part of the build and we knew from the start that we had chosen the correct company to do our build. Second time we used LH Services and Lee didn’t disappoint. Downstairs toilet installed - only a small job compared to his other work but felt we were treated as an important customer. Workmen very friendly, helpful and informative and we were kept in the loop at all times. Exceptional service from a great company. Definitely recommend Lee to others for a first class job.

Work was carried out to an excellent standard by all trades concerned - chimney breast removal, new ceiling put in, wall & ceiling plastering, tiling, plumbing and electrics. I would definitely recommend and will certainly use again for any further works. All staff were friendly and accommodating with any changes to original plans without fuss.

Had all of the windows replaced in my house for triple glazing and it left quite alot of making good to be done. I found Lee on Which Trusted Traders and he was very helpful getting a quote and explaining what needed to be done. The lads who came and did the work were great, made sure to check about details before making any changes and always polite and tidy. Very happy with the work, thanks for all the effort 👍

We found LH Building Services online and I'm happy to say we would definitely recommend working with Lee and his team. We had an internal wall knocked through, a new window installed, new aluminium bifold doors installed, two rooms plastered, new plug sockets and lighting and a new Wren kitchen installed. Lee's communication is excellent, he stuck to the quote, unexpected problems were dealt with without fuss, the workmen were friendly and respectful and we're happy with the end result. We'd use Lee for any future projects without hesitation.

They sound insulated my room for me and did a great job. The staff were really lovely and did a great job!

We had two back doors, one of which was in an awkward place and we wanted it blocked off to give us more wall space in the kitchen. Lee came to check it out and price up, and his quote was competitive. Within a couple of weeks of accepting the quote the work was done. Ben did a great job, worked hard and cleared up every day. We’re very pleased and would definitely use L H Building Services again.

Mark and Lee (and the team) were very helpful and through during the initial consultation about expanding my small window into one twice the size and prompted me to consider aspects that other companies hadn’t mentioned. The job involved scaffolders, window installers and plasterers, and everyone was friendly and quick. We had a busy schedule and the guys were able to work around that and once they got started the actual work only took 2 days. Very happy with my new window and bright home office!

I had my back door and window removed, and replaced with a new large window. The job was carried out to the agreed schedule. They kept me updated on the progress of the project, and cleaned up afterwards.

We had a leak that came from the bathroom down into the kitchen ceiling and Lee and his team did an absolutely fantastic job removing and re plastering the affected surface. Lee was really quick to reply to all my queries and the service was carried out promptly and to a great standard. 100% recommend!
