I just wanted to say Grant did a really great job fixing the bathroom lights and exhaust fan. Communication was spot on the whole way through. The work itself was done to a high standard, and everything was finished nicely and on time. I would definitely recommend him and would happily use his help again in the future.

Grant telephoned in advance when he was on his way and turned up at the appointed time. He replaced the toilet extractor fan and transformer. Then replaced an outside double socket. Straight-forward and efficient. Took away the old fittings. Good quality work. Would go to him again.

Grant carried out the work in a very neat ang tidy fashion at the agreed price. I was impressed at how quickly and efficiently he completed the work. Variable temperature within heating system.

Have been using Grant since we had our first property back in 2008. We asked Grant to replace and fit 2 old fittings with new ceiling fans / lights. We asked Grant’s advice in advance about the weight of the new fittings and if they’d be suitable. Grant replied quickly, and offered his advice. We then arranged a suitable time and date. Grant was prompt and efficient and priced fair. As always happy with the quality of work.

We recently had Grant come in to replace the overhead lights in our office kitchenette, and he did an outstanding job. He was punctual, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Grant made sure everything was safely installed, cleaned up after himself, and even took the time to ensure the lighting was just right for the space.
