They responded quickly to our initial enquiry and communications throughout were excellent. They promptly arranged a site visit and the report followed soon after. We were impressed by the report and the detail it provided whilst still being clear to read and understand. A follow up call offered by George Cook was really helpful in enabling us to be clear on a few points. The service provided was professional, friendly and responsive and we would highly recommend them to you."

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
