He promptly responded and we had an open discussion about boiler and control requirements. Lewis shares his knowledge, breaks down industry jargon, and ultimately lets you make your own decisions about the right heating solutions for you. The job was booked in quickly and completed to a high standard, all while being polite and respectful to my home.

I have used this company several times before. The service has always been excellent. Always keeps me informed re provision of quotes and when the job can be done. Attends on time and polite and courteous. Job always completed on time and to budget/quote. Never had to come back to correct any work and everything always left neat and tidy. New Combi boiler installed today - excellent job.

Lewis was great. Half of the battle of getting someone in is their communication, but Lewis was always there where he said he would be, and if he had to reschedule/rearrange he let me know. I'm also really happy with how everything was tidied after he was done. Overall a great experience to deal with him and I'll definitely use his services again if needed.
