I would thoroughly recommend LM and Sons Roofing. Lee was punctual and polite and carried out the work as agreed. The price was reasonable and all was left clean and tidy. I am completely satisfied with the work which he did (repair to leaking chimney) and have had no problems with this since. I will certainly use this company again for any roofing work I need in the future.

Excellent job doing our fascia and guttering , very good price , left the area clean and tidy , Lee even went the extra and got paint and painted the window lintels for us , we have recommended Lee to friends and family

Lee and Liam did an excellent job for us, they worked tirelessly throughout and Lee was always available to answer any questions and to keep us updated on their progress. They cleaned up at the end of each day and removed all of the old scrap when they had completed the job. Lee also organised the scaffolding which was included in his 'competitive' price, a price that also included a 15 year guarantee. Lee carried out work to repair a leaking chimney stack which was causing damp in one of our bedrooms. From our initial contact, Lee promptly visited our property to assess the problem and kept us fully informed of what work was required to resolve the situation. The work was started within a short space of time and Lee was brilliant at regularly contacting us via text or telephone to keep us informed of how much the work would cost as well as times of arrival etc. He was professional and courteous at all times and it has been wonderful to employ the services of L M & Son Roofing knowing that they will reliably turn up on time to carry out the work. It was also great that Lee took photographs to show us the work in progress.

I initially called lee on Wednesday 3rd November in the morning as my mother in law had a leak in her bungalow roof, where the water was coming through her bedroom ceiling. Lee explained he was very busy, but as it was for a vunerable old person he would ensure he got to the address the same same day to access the damage. Lee promptly did this, explained clearly what was required to make good and commited to returning the following morning to complete the work. Lee kept his promise, returned early on the 4th November and by 10am had completed all the work. This is top notch customer service, made even better by his empathy for a vunerable old person. Thanks Lee, your service was top notch, and a benchmark for other traders to follow. 10/10

It was my initial experience of Lee when he quoted for the work. He appeared knowledgeable and told me that the damp problem in the house could be solved with little expense involved using “gutter trays” . This was my daughter’s house and she was present when the work was being professionally carried out.

Communication was exhalent from the contractor, very polite very well mannered. The team were very pleasant at all times and at the end of every day they cleaned the area all around my house. Exhalent standard of work and great value for money. I Would without a doubt recommend these contractors.

Lee repaired a small area of our roof that had started to let water in due to a broken tile, ripped felt and rotten batten. He came out to assess the issue within a couple of days of contacting him, providing photos of the issue and giving a fair quote. He kept in touch when we had to reschedule the date of repair due to bad weather. But got to us as soon as he could. Really happy with the timing of the work done before Christmas and before more bad weather arrives. Excellent work ethic and communication. Would certainly use Lee again for future work and recommend to anyone else.
