Lock City produce spare keys and complete software updates for our forecourt cars and have done so for over 2 years. Their service has always been first rate and faultless every time in their dozens of visits. Always very friendly, helpful, professional, as well as flexible and responsive, and always keen to help. Whether at our forecourt or at our customers houses they are always very prompt in their visits and do a superb job. They have also gone the extra mile in working with us to undertake some crucial software updates on our cars, (which is a far from straightforward talk,) as well as producing keys for some of our rarer and more challenging cars. I honestly cannot recommend Lock City enough and they have earned their place as part of our extended family of companies we will always love to work with.

I dont normally leave reviews but i will make an exception to Lock City. They got me out of a right pickle (lost keys, no spare)quick reply to my email, prompt and very good price. I'm a very happy customer and wont hesitate to use again if in the same situation arises.

Barry arrived within 3 hours of the initial call, I'd managed to lock my keys in the boot of my car, I explained I was in no rush to access the car until the following day. Barry was friendly and polite. Keys retrieved from car and a duplicate made for future. Very happy with the service. This is a stressful time for all with Covid 19 going around and safety measures were in place- gloves and mask.

Barry came out to help with my car after 2 weeks of me struggling to get someone to help.
