"This company was one of two Checkatrade companies I contacted for a loft ladder replacement (the current one was old, defective & had no SWL label). The 2nd didn’t answer. I contacted a third non-Checkatrade company who visited to survey, but were significantly more expensive. This company offered the best quote. Their office staff were helpful, professional & polite, & offered a good choice of install dates. The fitter, likewise was polite, professional, & most of all very tidy. He also explained the key difference between the new and old ladder. Good job, well done. Would recommend."

No mess or fuss. Cleaned after themselves. We are really happy with the work. Thanks Guy’s we finally have storage in our Bungalow 😀"
