London Orbital limited carried out a job on 7th July. The two dripping taps in my downstairs bathroom were not repaired on this visit, only 1 was. 3 days later I received the invoice which was 3 days overdue however this is the first time I had received the invoice. I emailed to notify them that only 1 dripping tap bad been repaired and that I would not be paying the balance until they had completed the job. On the 17th July I received another email stating that the invoice was not 10 days overdue. It was finally fixed in 24th July - 17 days later.

I called out London Orbital Response to clear a blocked drain. They were extremely quick to get out and very efficient with the work. They advised further work to fix a leak in one of our drains and quoted a fair price. When they returned for the further work it was again completed quickly and efficiently. All work was completed to the cost originally quoted. Overall a very professional and courteous service, and the standard of the work carried out was excellent.

I called London Orbital after we were advised by Thames Water of a leaking pipe that needed repair. They turned up the next day for a recce and then booked us in quickly afterwards to complete the work. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally expected but the engineers were always unfailingly efficient and helpful and kept me informed of their progress. They did an extremely comprehensive job and really went above and beyond for us, which I very much appreciated. The work was completed to a very high standard.

TJ arrived as promised, fully equipped to deal with the blockage, after explaining the problem I was having with my sink’s drainage, he had the correct equipment to dispose of the blockage in a timely manner.

Colin was friendly and efficient and sorted out the problem with my shower which is now working fine.

Two Engineers attended to quote. They were clearly experienced and knowledgeable. They put some time into working out the best solution. The same Engineers performed the work (this is a good Orbital policy) - installation of Saniflow pump and pipework up out of cellar, and shallow channel to soil drain - hard work ! Completed in 4 hours. Excellent job, reasonable price, very satisfied. Polite and friendly service.

London Orbital were able to send their plumbers round very quickly after we called. They did an excellent job fixing my parents leaking bathtub mixer tap there and then, as luckily they had the necessary part with them. This was the 2nd time we'd used them as we've found them friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy.

Punctual, professional and courteous. They took care to carefully remove and replace panelling and left everything clean and tidy. It took a bit longer than expected to clear the blockage so the price was a bit more than quoted (only by £10), but I was informed about this at the time. Would recommend.

The task was completed efficiently and without fuss.
