"I contacted Luke for advice regarding a new shower/wet room plumbed and fitted in my home by another trade person. I was quite worried that to remedy the work it would be very costly. Luke came out promptly, assessed the situation and rather that jump to expensive fixes detailed everything . He gave honest, practical advice and refused to take any payment. The level of honesty and integrity is so rare these days. I am incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to recommend him - a true professional who genuinely puts the customer first. Thanks so much Luke."
