I’ve spoken to Luc many times and he is always knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. Most recently, he came out at short notice to resolve a heating issue I was having and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and how it would be fixed. He is a very considerate, clean worker and extremely trustworthy. I would highly recommend L S Heating & Plumbing and will definitely use him again in the future.

Anyone been able to get hold of LS Heating and Plumbing Ltd, please? They did a great job on an electrical shower back in June 2025, but now there's a problem, I can't get hold of them.

Arrived on time and carried out the boiler service efficiently and professionally. The area was left very tidy. Checked carbon dioxide monitor was working correctly and gave advice on the boiler functions.

Luc offered to assist and help with a small task of fitting a water heater to a sink in our workshop. He estimated works and turned up on time and promptly completed the task and found pressure issues and then a leaky joint in the existing system and had to source additional parts. All the time with a smile and keeping me informed he completed the job and charged very reasonably for his time and efforts and additional parts. Highly recommended and Thank you wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Took time to come and look at what was needed, provided a detailed and competitive quote and arrived as scheduled to carry out removal, replacement and commissioning of new gas system boiler. Tidy and quality work, all done in a day, flushed, re-filled and Hive controls set up. Would recommend. Proper end-feed copper, neat, straight and done with pride.

Luc was called upon twice in January, once to fit taps and repair a leaking pipe. Then again to fix the CH system blockage. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend him.

LS H&P have come several times to install boiler, radiators, repair taps et cetera. Was very impressed with every aspect of the work. No hesitation in recommending.

Luc was called in as an emergency by our electrician when our boiler unexpectedly started leaking due to a rusted valve. Luc arrived promptly to assist us, sourced a cylinder and all parts we needed for the next day (which was especially excellent as this happened on a Friday!) and came back on the Saturday to fit the cylinder and fix a few other problems he found. We then had another unexpected problem which he again turned up for promptly when we rang him to inform him we were having another issue. He was clear in explaining what the problems were, what needed fixing and our options for how we could fix them. Best of all he charged us a very fair price, which given the extent of the work that was needed we were very grateful for. We loved Luc’s work, and will continue to contact him for any plumbing work we need doing in future. I would recommend Luc to anyone looking for a plumber, you’d be making a great choice.
