Lucking provided a great service, going above and beyond. We replaced a lead pipe from our new property to the road and moved our stopclock. Would recommend.

From start to finish Lucking we're brilliant. We had a slight issue as our mains water supply is join with our neighbour and could only be accessed on their property. Lucking were happy to discuss all aspects with us both, kept all parties in the loop for scheduling and progress. Their work ethic is fab, got stuck in, when the task got difficult they kept going even when it was getting damp and dark. Our water supply was reinstated, we now have all plastic pipes and the worry of lead leakage into our water is totally gone.

The 2 Danny's attended my property on 31st October to carry out a lead replacement and fit an internal stopcock that was accessible. I was advised to have this done as I'm installing laminate flooring and didn't want potential problems at a later date. Both guys arrived on site early and got straight on with work and were even digging and moling in the heavy rain! The job went very smoothly for them and the stopcock and check valve are easily accessible in my under stairs cupboard. Both Danny's took great pride in their work and I would highly recommend Lucking Utility Services

After realising we had a water leak of which was not visible work was done by our water company only to be told the leak is on our property. Luckings Utility Services were contacted. A video was requested of the new pipe run and photos were taken of where our existing Stop Cock was. A Quotation was sent to me of which we accepted. On the day the repair was booked in for 3 very politie men turned up at my property. With first impressions over I felt at rest, all 3 men worked through out the day even in persistent Rain. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucking Utility Services. A challenging 100 meter run for a new water main across 3 neighbours gardens was completed with the highest levels of expertise, little disruption and with a completely professional approach and attitude throughout. Big thumbs up from me.

I had Lucking Utility Services attend to some emergency works that was discovered whilst having a new drive way. The response and turnaround of the works were second to none. The attending team were amazing and very professional. Especially as a new drive way was nearly finished. I would highly recommend to anyone with any utility issues.

I found Lucking services staff very helpful and courteous . They fan a French water pipe under my home . I had daily updates on the progress of the work which was very helpful I would highly recommend recommend this company for any major and minor burst water pipe issues

The makings of a good company is how they deal with complications. Williams team are lovely and on the face of it did a good job in replacing our lead pipe. Unfortunately their initial survey nor main work picked up that there was a main pipe connection to our external tap that was cut during the works. Hence, after querying this disconnection, instead of discussing how this could be addressed and coming to a suitable arrangement given the unexpected circumstances, William instead issued the invoice and threatened a debt collection process if we didn’t pay within 4 days.

I don't normally leave reviews but I'm so angry about the service we've received from Lucking. After initial conversations I felt assured that despite the high cost they would source the leak in our house quickly and with expertise. This was not the case. William Lucking consistently blamed Anglian Water who have since proved the leak is not their fault. 5 months later and having spent more than £1,000 for what was essentially 2 hours work and no closer to finding the leak, we feel robbed. The owner has no interest in customer care. READ OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS AS WELL. Seriously avoid.

Great service from start to finish. I’m a bit fussy who I have in my garden and felt happy with this company. I had just had my new patio laid a few months prior to my water leak and only 2 and a bit tiles had to be lifted up which was done without breaking. Lots of mud and mess but when finished they cleaned up and you wouldn’t know they had been there.

Initial contact with office staff efficient and friendly. Operatives arrived on date and time notified, friendly and informative. Work carried out tidily, under the job circumstances, and within timescale. Unable to access T&Cs electronically. Materials costs on invoice submitted challenged as these were twice retail prices (including overhead and profit allowances) that would be charged by the builders merchant used. Makes one wonder about the labour charges. Materials discount offered and grudgingly accepted (no 'strings' attached). Correspondence polite. Immediate payment expected.

Absolutely brilliant from the first point of contact all the way until the end of the job. Bill was friendly and got the work organised so quickly for me. Guys who visited were professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and would 100% use again.

Lucking Utility Services were first class from start to finish. Their communication was clear throughout and the team who did the work were friendly and professional. They showed us at each stage what was being done and asked us for our decision before carrying out a small piece of additional work. They needed to remove crazy paving and part of a brick floor in the garden. This was replaced exactly as they had found it. Their work was clearly to a high standard and the report with photos showed exactly what they had done. We would highly recommend them.

Lucking Utility Services were very professional and responsive at all hours and days of the week. They only wanted to please and did a great job for us, reinstating the drive/pavement and removing rubble.

We had a water leak somewhere on the property, the guys come with all the gear needed, quickly located a leak in the front garden and got it all sorted with no fuss really polite guys that turned up and great communication on explaining everything to me when asked. Thanks again guys

We needed urgent service as our lead mains water pipe had burst for the third time in the last couple of years, and there was no way of us repairing it this time, now needed to replace all of lead pipe , we then contacted a few companies and Luckings came straight back and fitted us in for the next day! we were a bit apprehensive as we were doing this so quickly but needed to be done.Matthew and his work colleague arrived first thing in morning carried out a great job, very professional and polite, dug two small trenches in my new cobbled drive and replaced pipe and put cobbles back.great work

I had the worst experience with the company and i am really surprised with all the reviews here. I instructed them for providing leads main water replacement service for my property. Multiple issues with installation from day 1 - did not follow the water board guidelines, water leakage and refused to rectify the same because it costs money to send people after taking payment from customers.

The team came on the day and carried out the work and discussed the options where relevant. Professional and pleasant team. Also helpfully walked me through the government led pipe replacement scheme.

All good. Very professional and courteous team, high standard of work. Would highly recommend

LUS were very quick to respond to our search for a water supply pipe specialist and communications throughout the enquiry, estimate and work planning stages were excellent. Staff were all very courteous and friendly, over email and the phone and with the team who attended to undertake the work. The work was completed quickly and affected areas were returned to their original state with little sign of anything having been done. Post-work communications were again quick and courteous. I would be happy to use their services again and to recommend to others.
