Sam has carried out a number of electrical installations for me over the past three years. These include consumer unit replacements in two homes. The installation of a bathroom extractor fan along with bathroom, hallway and kitchen lights. He has also fitted me two security lights. On top of this he has carried out Electrical Safety Checks for me on my present and previous homes. All this work was utterly top class.

Sam has been first class throughout the entirety of this job. He has provided the electrical work on a sizeable extension, which has covered a multitude of different jobs. His punctuality and communication was excellent, and from the offset demonstrated his experience and eye for detail. We felt completely trusting of Sam who at times worked independently at our house which we had no issue with. He ensured that we were never without electric for sustained periods and made sure that we had temporary fixes in place which allowed us to live a relatively normal life in amongst the extension work. He always ensured the house was left tidy. He is now our go-to electrician.

Looking for a Trades Person can be bit of a minefield. I looked on here as I usually do when looking for a quality trades person and go by the reviews. Sam was confident and efficient in his work.I explained what I wanted the modern up and down lights relied on Sam to purchase the lights and fit them each side of my garage wall then 1 on the entrance to the front door. He gave me a day and time to do the job .Turned up on time he purchased the lights exactly to what I wanted,he then got on with the job without any supervision I was extremely pleased with his work Excited to switch the lights on at night to see the effects, I wasn't disappointed Sam had done a fantastic job,they looked lovely.I will use Sam for any electrical work would recommend to everyone I know when looking for an electrician. Sam has been absolutely amazing fitting me in an EICR at short notice. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I needed all the electrics checking out on my Bungalow to make sure everything was safe to use, after looking online through Trust A Trader and seeing their positive feedback I contacted LUMLEC ELECTRICAL and discussed the job required, they were very helpful and informative, we discussed a price which was very competitive from what I could see online when comparing prices and set a date for the work to be carried out. Neale arrived on time and was very polite, he carried out a thorough job testing all of the electrics in my Bungalow and garage. He explained what additional work was required and why it was required to make sure everything was safe to use which was backed up by a detailed form that was sent to me online, we arranged a price and date for the the additional work to be carried out, this was done on time and to a very high standard. I booked Neale again to fit some outside security lights, a quality job was carried out, I'm very happy with the work that Neale has done.
