Zamir from L&Z paid specific attention to detail and followed all our instructions, to include building regulation requirements from the outset of the project through to completion. Works carried out involved internal and external works to include; demolition and excavation to supporting internal walls to our lounge, Dining Room and Kitchen, fitting of 3 RSJ ceiling supports & footings, skimming & re-plastering of walls & ceilings, with screeding applied to the floor area of all rooms in preparation for tiling and carpet laying. The existing Boiler was housed in an external brick built adjoining room to the main house and was redesigned by demolishing a wall, and incorporated within the Main Kitchen area. All these works were carried out in a tidy and timely manner and we were extremely happy with the end result, We have no hesitation in recommending Zamir and will certainly use his services again in the future.

I needed my property to be done with silicone render and I found L&Z building and they came to my property looked at what needed to be done , offered me a price which I was happy with considering the nature of the job. They communicated very politely and in a great manner. I had no issues whatever which made me at ease and stress free. I was very pleased with the outcome of the work it looked magnificent and they have done a superb job!

Zamir is extremely hardworking and took on several projects at my new home. His main task was transforming my bathroom by merging a small storeroom to create a shower room. I am very satisfied with his work and craftsmanship.

Zamir was a friendly and easy person to work with who had completed our kitchen tiling and additional small other jobs.

I had a metal gazebo that unfortunately had no instructions in the box. A few pieces were missing also. Zamir and party improvised and continued on. They are mathodical, precise, inrelligent and great tradesmen with a wealth of experience. The paving in the picture was also completed by them. They are polite snd punctual and all round great people. I have used their services twice now, and i would use them 100 more times. 10 stars.
