I emailed the company and Ryan came out straight away. His quote was excellent and the work was completed a few days later. Ryan sent photos of the work done and it looks amazing. It did need a little more doing than the original plan but I was contacted straight away and was still more than happy with the quote. Great company highly recommend

responded very quickly to email, job completed two days later, kept informed and provided with photographs upon completion. No issues at all.

Great work with adding 2 roof slates and adding and replacing eave slates at the back of my roof. There hasn't been any more mould build up in my bedroom thanks to the great work being carried out. Great guys and very hard working. Everything was done with 110% attention to detail and I'd highly recommended this company. Thank me later 😊

Responded quickly to my job posting, came out to quote next day, and completed the job 2 days later. When quoting, took the time to show me photos and videos of the issues and explain how they'd repair them, and the quote was reasonable. Turned up to complete the job when they said they would and cracked on, only disturbing me once when they needed access to water, and again when they'd completed the job. From what I can see the work is good, and they even cleaned out the guttering while they were up there. A great experience all around and would definitely use them again.

Ryan and his team were able to carry out repairs, and install a dry ridge kit to my roof, as well as replacing 10 broken tiles. The work was carried out in the same week as requested. Can't comment on the price, but appeared to be fair. All rubbish was removed, and the work is guaranteed for 10 years. Happy with the work carried out.

The job was not undertaken due to a double booking on my part. The courtesy and speed of response from this company was outstanding. I intend to employ them in the future.

Straightforward and efficient. Called me very quickly after the job was listed and arranged to attend the property the following day. After assessing the situation they suggested they could complete the job there and then. I agreed, and they were finished within an hour.

Highly recommend Ryan & the team from Mallard Roofing Co. I had an emergency after storm Darragh ripped ridge tiles off & damaged roof tiles in the process. After calling Ryan about my situation he was quick to call out & inspect the roof. Everything was explained in detail about the damage & what was required to fix it with a very reasonable price. After rescheduling his diary to cater for my emergency the lads turned up promptly & cracked straight on with the work. When I rang they came out the same day told me what would be done and how it would be done and an all in cost give me a date on which they would be coming and turned up on time the work was carried out to a very high standard the lad were very present and polite and left everything how it was

Great service l, quick repair and reasonably priced

I initially enquired because the guttering was hanging off the back of the propertly and I wanted to have it replaced and secured so that it didn't damage the conservatory below. Ryan explained and took some a video to show that the issue was actually caused because the wood under the tiles were rotten. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to repair the problem and was able to do it all in a day and a half. I would absolutely reccomend Mallard Roofing to anyone and I would definitely use them again if required.

This company were recommended to us by a close neighbour. Mallard responded quickly to our initial enquiry, provided an acceptable quote, said what day they could start and finish, came as arranged and worked vigilantly each day, finishing as planned on the last day. Scaffolding was arranged, assembled and disassembled within very reasonable times before and after roof replacement. An excellent job and well recommend

Mallard Co under took the responsibility to point my house ridge tiles and replace a quantity of roof tiles. The work was carried out in a professional manner and the fore mentioned tasks appear to be in good order
