Absolutely excellent service. First time I have used the company and I would have no hesitation recommending them. I received an appointment quickly and they turned up on time. They assessed the problems quickly, obtained replacement parts and completed the repairs the following day. They were courteous and polite. The price charged was very reasonable.

Our Beko 4 yr old dishwasher broke. Mandells came to repair. Came twice after ordering parts but dishwasher beyond repair. Reduced call out fee as unrepairable. Purchased new dishwasher through them and installation and taking old dishwasher away. Very prompt service. Was cheaper than AO when compared prices and also able to deliver install far quicker. great family service would highly recommend

This is the second time using Mandell's. First was for my dishwasher, so this time when my washing machine showed an error, there was no hesitation in knowing who to call. From the initial call through to fixing my machine, staff are lovely and really helpful. Sam who fixed my machine was very knowledgable about the issue. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

One great thing about Mandells is they always take time to properly research what is wrong before completing the repair. My faulty dishwasher had an unclear problem but Eric went away to work it out and came back with the answer. Happy customer.
