"Our boiler failed, with water leaking everywhere. Maple were with me within 30 mins and ensured the bolier was safe and water shut off. A new bolier was ordered and fitted the next day. CJ the plummer was amazing, very friendly, explained everything, cleaned everything after finishing. I would recommend any day."

1) We asked Maple to do a redecoration job last Sep, but they started work after 1.5 months despite repeated chasing. 2) Very unsatisfactory painting: Maple's Daxxx missed to paint part of the kitchen ceiling as well as the corner lines between the walls and the ceiling of the living room during the job. 3) Daxxx promised to come back to fix the pop up wooden floor to complete the job by end Nov, but he has never turned up. 4) Daxxx verbally agreed to fit a kitchen tap as part of the job (the cost of which plus carpet cleaning amounted to £1.8K), but Maple's Kaxxx of sent us extra £72 invoice.
