Marc was very professional and precise in carrying out our work. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitting bathrooms. Our project was not so straight forward; with a complete bathroom design change and moving all our water/waste pipework. In addition, there were a number of unforeseen Challenges that required specialist skills. Marc and Paul rose to any challenge presented to them, always remaining calm and composed. We particularly liked how they regularly showed us the work that had been carried out, giving us great re assurance of their high standard of workmanship

We approached Marc, amongst other bathroom specialists, for a quote and ideas on refitting our 25 yrs old bathroom. From his first visit and discussion it became clear to us that he would do a perfect job; and we made no mistake with our judgement. His rich experience, professionalism, attention to detail, passion for perfection, and, last but not least, honesty and friendliness, left us fully satisfied with the outcome. We would recommend Marc (and his excellent collaborator Paul) with no reservation.

We had a leaking shower and so the whole shower unit needed to be removed and replaced, retiled etc. Marc was easy to deal with, great communicator and he and Paul did a thorough and great job as well helping out with a few other unrelated issues. Would highly recommend.

I found Mark a tidy worker and a good communicator. I was particularly impressed by his skills in different trades like carpentry, plumbing and tilling.

Mark was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the job. He was a very clean and tidy worker despite only having a very small workspace. He did such a great job of repairing a shower leak, it’s so well done you would have no idea the whole shower had to be removed and refitted. We will certainly use him again should we require any other works.

Marc and Paul made an extremely good job of refitting our bathroom. They paid great attention to detail and when the inevitable unforseen challenges occurred they were very helpful with ideas and suggestions on how to get round them. They consulted us on every step and were always respectful of property. Given that any work of this scale has to cause a certain amount of disruption all tools and materials were tidied away every evening and carpets hoovered. We were delighted with the finished bathroom and would recommend them in the future.

Mark and Paul installed 3 shower enclosures and shower equipment - each one different from the others. Marc provides a very detailed and helpful costing and is fair regarding variances during the job. All installation challenges were overcome, and Marc was very quick and willing to deal with any queries we had and changes we requested. The new tiling looks immaculate. We would not hesitate to use Marc’s and Paul’s services for any additional work.

Marc was called in to replace our loft bathroom following a leak. He repaired and restored the underlying structure as well as enhanced it to improve the structural integrity and prevent floor movement and improved the original plumbing to radiators. With quite a few unknowns the budget was always an estimate but everything was itemised and accounted for. The end result is fantastic and finished to a very high standard. Would definitely use Marc again.

Having previously installed 2 bathrooms Marc installed new internal doors and replaced skirting boards and architraves. As before an excellent and professional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Marc's services. Also very good advice given and ideal person to discuss ideas with.

Marc and Paul stripped out very old and dated bathroom and installed and new one for me. They also did the toilet as an extra after agreeing the work. Both are more experienced tradesmen having been in the industry a long time have a wealth of knowledge to deal with challenges that arose. The initial quote was very reasonable but I did have a-lot of extra work done on top of the original quote and what I was charged for the variations I felt was reasonable. I like both Marc and Paul and will have them both back to do more work in the future a I’m really pleased with my new bathroom/Toilet.

The job was to tile the kitchen floor and fit a new bathroom. He estimated that the work would take two weeks with a fixed price. He started well and his quality of work was good, but soon he began to moan about the difficulties, even though in practice the old kitchen floor came off much easier than we anticipated. I ended up paying twice as much over 4 weeks, and he refused to come back to fit the basin and skirtings, when they arrived with a few days delay. Marc never gives you a full day work: doctor's appointment, insurance, changing car, he goes off the site for any reason.

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Marc and we're delighted with the results. Marc and Paul are great to work with. They are friendly, good communicators and are comfortable adapting when things come up during the job. We really appreciated Marc's advice during the renovation and we're so happy with the way it turned out, it's like a fancy hotel bathroom now! We would not hesitate to recommend Marc. Thank you!

Our en-suite and family bathrooms are now the best rooms and of the highest quality work in the house! Marc and Paul started when promised and were always ‘to time’ - no disappearing to other jobs. Marc is excellent at providing solutions - especially when the original build is not the best, as was the case with us. Marc has a great eye for detail and explains everything thoroughly. The project went over original budget but this was entirely due to increases in materials and what they found once they started the work. I would 100% recommend - just shows up the rest of the house!

This is probably the best bit of work done on our house , we had never met Marc before and took a chance , it was done with such precision and attention to detail , the results were immaculate. Above all of this he is prepared to think outside the box and work out solutions so that we got an individual and bespoke bathroom , all done on time ( no running off on other jobs ) and on budget

Marc and Paul did a fantastic job installing our family bathroom including a new floor, internal and external pipework, installation of new fixtures and fittings and tiling the floor and behind the shower. Even when issues arose (as is always the case with old houses) they were able to advise and quickly resolve. They also installed our downstairs cloakroom installing an enclosed cistern and re-tiled our hallway which was a big job. They helped fix a few other things that weren't right too. The finish is fantastic and we are very happy with our new bathroom, cloakroom and hallway.

Marc and Paul did a wonderful job on our small bathroom. They're really nice guys who know their stuff. They explained each part of the job to me and offered their advice on materials and if they thought something would work better. Like all projects it was over budget but that was because we would make decisions based upon new information that would happen once certain tasks had been carried out. There was never any pressure to spend more, just the advice on what would likely work best. I'd be very happy to have Marc and Paul do work in our flat again.
