I had a French door sealed glass unit replaced yesterday. Nick was excellent from start to finish. Very professional and efficient and the price was very competitive, would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The team were professional throughout—the surveying and costing were straightforward, and the installation itself was top-notch. They were incredibly punctual and put in a proper shift to get the work done on schedule. We were really impressed with how they cleaned up after themselves every evening; you wouldn’t have even known they were there! The quality of the work is amazing—really clean, tidy finish and exactly to our spec. Honestly couldn’t fault them. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a stress-free home improvement.

Dom and Nick did a phenomenal job transforming our windows and doors from fox red to white. Their professionalism was great from the initial survey right through to completion. Not only was the workmanship of an excellent standard, but they were also impressively fast, tidy, and offered great value. We’re thrilled with the results and highly recommend their services!

We needed a new uPVC window and some replacement double glazing panes in a flat that we rent out. Massey Windows & Doors was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. When arranging a time and date for fitting they bent over backwards to fit us in to a time that allowed my husband to travel up from the South Coast to the flat in Essex. They turned up when promised (both when measuring up and for subsequent fitting). The fitters were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We thought they were really good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I went with Nick and Dom based upon the very good reviews I had read regarding their work. They were slightly more expensive than the other two quotes I had but their presentation was so much more professional. I wanted all my windows replaced as well as a new front door and kitchen door. I was very impressed by the detailed plans they drew up (much better than the other two quotes) they were detailed and comprehensive. The work was done to a very high standard which I am very pleased with. The communication I had with them. Was first rate. They answered my questions swiftly and explained things clearly . They were clear when they could start and kept me informed. I had a couple of slight snagging issues which was expected. I contacted Nick who replied straight away arranging a convenient time to sort them out. I never had to wait before he got back to me which I appreciated. Nick and Dom are very polite and approachable. Their standard of work is excellent . Highly recommended!

Really pleased with Massey Windows and Doors from initial contact through to completion. New Roof line installed with the removal of the existing old guttering, and removal of the old wooden Soffits and Facias and all replaced with UPVC. The installation team were very friendly, professional and worked hard to get the job done. Very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and they tidied up after themselves very well. We found both Dominic and Nick friendly, professional and easy to communicate and work with. The windows look great and are a super sset to our home. The work was completed to a high standard with minimum disruption. They cleaned up and left no mess. We will definitely use the again and can highly recommend.

Just had Nick replace some faulty units as well as his Roofline team replace both gable ends and soffits. All the work was carried out to an excellent standard even doing additional work to ensure the best possible finish. Everyone was polite, did a very professional tidy job and at a very good price. We were very pleased with the new windows and kitchen door that they recently installed for us, so much so that we have decided to get them back to replace another door for us as well. Just had new windows and front door fitted by Massey Windows. I can't recommend them highly enough. The quality of work is outstanding, they leave no mess and are very knowledgeable. They are competitively priced and were very quick in getting the windows/door installed. This is the second time we have used them and will definitely use them again in the future. Superb.
