Mark and Mark completed our single story extension, demolishing our garage and extending to the side of the house to provide a large kitchen dinner, utility room and new garage. Additionally they added a new patio. We are very happy with the work they completed and would certainly recommend them.

A car crashed into our wall between Christmas and New Year. They came and gave an estimate quickly, matched the bricks for our 1840's wall, cleaned up the old bricks and redid the wall so it all matched again. I have also had 2 bathrooms installed by them. Their work is above and beyond.

Work was very good and we have recommended them.

We plan on having them back to do a wall.

I was quoted for removal of existing fence and shrubbery, construct a double skin wall with piers and arched gateway, using existing fence to panel. Mark and his son, arrived promptly and early every morning. They were cheerful, respectful, and every day made sure the site was cleaned and minimal mess. The workmanship was excellent with care taken over details and they were careful to work with me on the finished design. Would definitely use these builders again.

I needed a radiator taking off and the pipe work capping. I contacted MB Brennan & Sons they came out when they said they was going to come and we agreed on a price and a date. They returned on that day and carried out that work in a efficient and clean mannor. Very friendly and very respectful. We will certainly be using them again to do our driveway.

Mark and the team did a great job renovating my loft room and re-rendering the rear of my house. Punctual, polite, honest and trustworthy. Just keep the coffee topped up and they work hard every day!

Mark and Mark have completed a lot of work in our home including: raising and replacing upstairs windows to rear of property, replacing rusty cast iron guttering, down & soil pipes with new UPVC, installing new radiator, reinstating internal wall where it had been knocked through and inserting a new internal doorway & door, replastering and sound-boarding lounge and dining room, complete transformation of bathroom (I’ve probably missed some of the work as we kept adding things 😂). Mark and Mark carried out the work to the highest standards, nothing was too much trouble. They were punctual, polite and respectful of our home. We would have no hesitation recommending them.

Mark came and gave us a free competitive quote and we booked a date. Mark contacted us before the date to confirm arrangements and arrived exactly when he said. Spent a lot of time on the jab building a high quality canopy roof for us. Kept us fully informed and consulted at all stages of the process. At the end then made sure everything was cleaned and apart from the new structure you would never know that we had had any building work done. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. Would definitely use again in the future.

Finding a builder was a stab in the dark for us however on reading the reviews on Trust a Trader I had a gut feeling that these were the builders I wanted to contact. I was right and from the initial visit to the completion of the work I found Mark and Mark extremely helpful . Nothing was ever too much trouble and they advised us well for our needs for our wet room. Thank you both very much.

Mark Brennan and son Builders. Would highly recommend Mark and Mark. Came and gave me a quote which i was very happy with. When we came across a bad leak that had gone into the brickwork they managed to reschedule their next job and stay and repair the problem. Very polite, trust worthy fella's who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Just keep them in coffee and biscuits and they'll be happy.
