MB Brennan & Son

M Brennan and Son have been with us for the last seven months carrying out major repair, alterations and updates to the whole house. From replacing the drains to fitting a complete kitchen, bathroom and bedroom units, brickwork, plastering, relaying patio and paths. Everything has been done to a very high standard and at very reasonable and clear prices. We are delighted with the results and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Brennans have spent the last 8 months with us. They have rebuilt Chimney stacks, designed and built a new bathroom. A new heating and hot water system. 2 new fire places complete with log burners. Damp proof work, floor tiling & Demolition, design and re-build of a brick porch etc etc... We are extremely happy with the work they have done for us. They are polite, hardworking and spent time with us discussing each stage of the project. I highly recommend them. We are looking forward to their return for phase 2.

Mark Brennan and Son carried out and completed the floorboarding of an upstairs room efficiently, and tidily, adding a skirting board, and removing the old plasterboard. The floor is now even and feels solid, and is nicely finished. Downstairs MB&S filled, plastered and screed a ragged hole in the ceiling plasterboard. The repair also had the positive effect of pulling the damaged sheet of plaster board level with its neighbouring sheet.

Professional, flexible and accurate work by cheerful people. The first job was building a base for a greenhouse which had to be millimetre perfect so the aluminium sat precisely over the wall with a tiny lip overhang. It was spot on. Second job was building an ensuite in small bedroom; new window, replastering the whole room, knocking through into main room, fitting the suite, plumbing and connecting to the existing system which was very complicated. An excellent job where nothing phased them.
