Michael visited our site with his son and was apparently very keen to quote - as were we to receive it. This w As for quite a big job on a grade Ii listed building. Despite at least 5 attempts to follow up, we got completely ghosted. I even asked him if he could just confirm he was no longer interested, and he ignored that too. Unprofessional.

Excellent standard of work done to the rear roofing area. Done in accordance with time constraints. Good communication throughout. Also, some nice decorative work around the Dormers. Will be returning to Mike for works to side and front later this year.

I would highly recommend MB Roofing, Micheal came out to view the relatively small job and to give a quote and set a day to do the work. He came on the arranged day ( even though the weather was bad) and fixed the problem. I now have gutters that work and my neighbour has nothing to complain about. So its a win, win! We're really pleased with our new valley gutter. It was previously lined in an unsuitable membrane and also had not been formed properly. Mike came up with a solution. He reconfigured the gutter correctly and has done a beautiful job relining it with lead, using the correct specification. Mike was well organised and planned ahead so he could complete everything in time whilst the weather was fine. He answered all our questions and took photos so we could understand what was being done. We feel confident that the renewed gutter will stand the test of time.

From when we made contact to through to completion, Michael has been very thorough, honest and provide a fair quote and works have been completed in time and to a high standard. We will certainly be using his services again if required

Michael was very professional. At the time we did not know where the leak was coming from so he fixed the ridge tiles but also sealed up some gaps around the window frames. We've had no futher problems. I have no troubles recommending him to family, friends or anyone...

The job was to replace a defective valley gutter, which had been lined with an unsuitable membrane and poorly formed. Mike was able to identify how to solve the problem, including reforming the gutter profile and using an appropriate code of lead. We were very pleased with the resulting work, completed as he had proposed. He was well organised, completing the job in good time whilst maintaining a good quality of work. If we need any further leadwork done in the future, I will definitely contact Mike.

Excellent remedial work to chimney breast etc dealing with damp penetration and decorative work to soffits and dormer windows. Came in winter cinditions. Kept me informed during process. Tidied up. Left before Christmas which was also nice.

A very neat and finely finished job. Arrived punctually both days and cleaned up at the close. Invoiced as per the quote despite some small extra work completed. I would not hesitate to use them again but do not expect to have to.
