After diagnosing the cause of my leak Mark was informative and patient in explaining the issue, extremely reasonable price was agreed and communication was excellent throughout. Job done to the highest standard, eves trays were installed under felt, broken tiles replaced and glass fibre seal applied to prevent future leaks. Will definetly use this company for any future roofing projects and would reccomended to anyone.

Old felt and battons removed and replaced with new felt and battons new dry verge system completed all ridge tiles re-beded also repointed place all cleaned up left nice and tidy Mark and his team came to have a look at the job next day started job promptly job well done completed on time would really and truly highly recommend this company great worksmanship

After noticing a leak on my roof and looking for my chimney to be repointed, Mark was the only builder I contacted who replied promptly and turned up on time. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently by a very skilled and experienced team - and to a high standard. A long warranty and clear care about their workmanship provides so much reassurance. Mark, absolutely brilliant! My roof ended up with slates blowing off due to the adverse weather 2 weeks ago. mark came out the next day when other companies told me 4 weeks. Scaffolding was up the next day and the hole temporarily covered. work began the next day. Job completed in a week and this included a complete new roof and rafters. Mark is attentive and ensures you are kept up to date. Work was carried out whilst I wasn't home so did not impact me what so ever. 5 star rating. Thanks Mark!

I am very impressed regarding the work that was carried out on my roof. by MC Building Services Midlands Ltd . There had been several leaks in the loft room and previous workmen did not resolve this problem and the leaks continued. MC Building Services informed me of the work that was required and I agreed with this. I had a brand new roof and the difference this has made to the house is amazing. The house is so much warmer and no more leaks.. I am very pleased and happy with the standard of work and I would highly recommend this company . They are amazing and very professional.

We had a bad leak in our pitched roof and the ceiling of the bay in the lounge suddenly started to bubble. Mark and his team were very prompt, came and quoted the next day, took photos so we could see what was happening and explained what the problems were. The whole job was done in less than 2 days and the roof and guttering looks so much better and is properly repaired. They cleared up after themselves and were extremely pleasant and professional at all times. The work is also guaranteed so if there are any problems they will come back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Of the two differing quotes that we received, I found Mark to be most honest and trustworthy. Once we agreed to have the work done Mark arrange for his team to start the job within a few days. They turned up and completed the Job to my satisfaction with two days. While there were a few things I wasn’t happy about initially, Mark had these all rectified to my satisfaction without any complaint. While they wasn't the cheapest quote, the work being completed in just over a week from first contact with an eight-year guarantee is a job well done. Highly recommended
