Highlights

"Mark has done a brilliant job rewiring the ground floor of our house, kitchen refurb and conservatory extension. His pricing is clear and reasonable with no 'hidden extras'. He has been flexible when we have needed him to be and is a really great guy, friendly and informative, always with an eye on safety as well as aesthetic. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed, thank you Mark"

AnonymousCheckatrade5.0 rating

"First time using Mark and had a really good experience. Mark is quick to build rapport, and he was quick to solve the problem we had with a tripping fuse box. He provided a temporary fix for us on the day and outlined the different options available for us to make permanent. Will be using him to upgrade our consumer unit and will be recommending him to family and friends. If you want someone reliable and trustworthy for your electrics, I recommend Mark."

"I can highly recommend Mark and would definitely use him again. Very prompt at returning calls, work carried out quickly and very helpful person."

Before you hire an electrician

In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
Ask to see a portfolio of completed work like yours, plus recent references you can contact.
Check the credentials and registrations that matter for this work — and that they are current.
