"Having just bought a new place for renovation, I had many flooring company’s round for advise and quotes re squeaky floors, minor damp issues, and recommendations for the best hard floorings to have, out of six company’s only 2 came back, mdc gave the best advise which was fixing the worst squeaks upstairs and going for an engineered wood flooring laid as a floating floor rather than a stick down flooring, On the ground floor using a liquid damp proof membrane over a few areas of exposed brickwork where walls have been removed, then preparing the sub floor for a LVT flooring"

Mike did a brilliant job fitting two rooms with luxury vinyl tiles. He spoke to us about all the options and is very knowledgeable. He kept us informed at every stage of the job and takes pride in his work which was finished to a high standard.
