I was very impressed by the guidance and explanation give by Michael, especially regarding the chimney stack which was in poor state, the team did not just repair the chimney they built it properly. The overall look of the new roof is stunning, the materials used seem to quality and I am very pleased.

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
