"After AO.Com left us with a hole in the worktop and no hob (they had taken ours away without fitting the new one) Matt was able to come by same day to cut into the worktop so that our new hob would fit. He saved the day for my 2 year old who was very excited about pancake day! Couldn't recommend more highly, all communication was clear, the work was done promptly as tidily as possible, and everyone I spoke with were compassionate and respectful. Thank you!"
