Came out to survey property, discussed a range of options and provided a fully costed quote. Kept to quotes price and work carried out over 1 day to a good standard and finish. One minor point - hole made through wall in wrong place was filled but no one told us, which was disappointing given our overall experience

I invited Alex to conduct an EICR check on my property's electrics and found him an absolute pleasure to deal with. He responded very promptly to my initial approach, offered a reasonable quote, and advised he could accommodate the work with just 2-3 days advance notice. He arrived early on the day and was very professional, thoroughly testing my fuse box and sockets and offering lots of useful advice. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better service. If you are in need of a knowledgeable electrician, who is reliable and trustworthy, I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

My request for an urgent investigation/repair was answered quickly and the electrician was here within 90 minutes! The perosn was polite, took his shoes off at the door, and worked efficiently and cleanly. Very happy with the service and level of communication through out.

Alex had arranged a call out for 16:00 and arrived earlier 15:25 which was great. The issue was identified. Mice had cleanly cut the power cable from the fusebox to the Ring doorbell. Alex replaced existing wire under the stairs with a bigger more isolated cable and routed it such that it was not at ground level so the mice can't get at it. The new wire was then spliced to the existing unbroken wire in the front door hallway area. The doorbell works fine now. The job was done by 15:45. I am happy with the results and the service provided and would recommend Alex and his colleague to others.

Alex kept us fully informed and communicated fully and transparently throughout the process (from system selection (providing multiple options) to organising delivery and installation. During installation (living areas and all bedrooms) his team was completely respectful of our house and minimised the disruption. His team are totally trustworthy and kept us fully informed throughout by talking through the installation and answering the multitude of questions we had. I thoroughly recommend him and his team.
