Martin was easy to contact and arrived on time. The job was completed to my satisfaction and in the expected time frame. Martin was a tidy worker and very respectful and friendly.

We had four new kitchen cupboards fitted, some architrave & skirting and 3 new plug sockets installed in our kitchen which was quite a fiddly job due to the positioning we needed. Attention to detail was second to none & the finish looks brilliant. I am really pleased with the results and would highly recommend MJ Building & Electrical services. Everything was kept tidy throughout the job and Martin is very easy to deal with from start to finish.

I could not be happier with the work that Martin has done in my home. It was a huge project involving electrics, plumbing, building and clearing and he completed it all at a reasonable price and to a high standard. He is thorough in his approach and whenever a problem arose he was able to find a workable solution. Would highly recommend.

Martin carried out several tasks which included- 2 fitted wardrobes.5 new radiators.2 electrical points and light switches. Re plastering of 1 complete bedroom with a helifix repair to a small crack. Support to a purlin in a loft. Repairing an old toilet waste on the ground floor that had not been properly capped previously .This required part of the tiled floor to be removed then after the correct sealing for the floor to be reinstated. We are very pleased with all of Martins work and his communication,professionalism,tidiness ,punctuality,whilst carrying out the works

Martin is a knowledgeable and skillful builder.He built a stud wall and carefully blended into an elaborate cornice,replaced windows,installed an electric shower,rebuilt our front porch and hung a number of new doors throughout the house.All work was carried out neatly and tidily with minimum disruption. In addition Martin is a pleasant bloke to have around.

This was the second job that Martin carried out for us as we were so impressed with the first work. Once again, Martin completed the work to a very high standard, with no disruption to ourselves. He also completed some other small jobs (fixing the surround of a radiator and installing vent grills) which really enhanced the quality of the finished work. Martin is a pleasure to have working in your property, with great attention to detail and ensuring the area being worked on is kept clean and tidy at all times. I am now trying to think of more jobs he can do for us!

We were very happy with the work carried out by Martin. He is probably the cleanest and tidiest builder we have ever used. He made sure at the end of each day that the rooms and house in general was left tidy. The quality of the completed work was excellent and was finished on time. Martin is very polite and friendly and we were so happy with the overall experience we immediately booked him for further work. We would have no hesitation in using him again and would highly recommend him.

Martin and his son Bradley did an excellent job. From before work commenced I was offered advice and ideas on ways to improve the work I needed and ways to cut cost. Martin is multi skilled so carried out all of the work from tiling and flooring to electrics. The bonus for me was the tidiness left everyday which is not always the norm for some tradesmen. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

I am very pleased with it. Very professional job. Polite and clean workmen. They left things tidy every night. I couldn't fault them.

MJ are a local company, friendly, competent, proactive and very professional. This job was a series of different renovation works around the house, including plastering, decoration, plumbing, adding windows, doors and erecting a wall. Everything was carried out to an excellent standard and a reasonable price. We're very lucky to have found Martin and Brad, and we will definitely call them again if anymore work is needed in the house.

Everything was more than we could have hoped for. The work was completed efficiently and quickly and with minimal disruption. Martin and Bradley were friendly and courteous and we felt totally comfortable with them. We are very happy to recommend them.

Martin was polite and helpful, explaining what could be done to repair the bricks, and to avoid future erosion. Removing and replacing bricks is a dusty job but he tidied away, and cleaned up afterwards. We're very pleased with the work.

Martin is very knowledgable and able across most trades. Had all tools and parts required.. Very friendly and polite.
