"Michael Bodley & his team provided great professional help and advice, they listened to what work we wanted doing gave helpful advice throughout on our infill extension which also included new flooring, 2 shower rooms, a cloakroom & utility room also decorating & new lighting. Mick & his team are very easy to have around & they all get on very well which makes it an all round easy experience. I would highly recommend using this company & will do so in the future."
"This is the second time we've used Mick and his crew. We had an old internal door frame and window replaced. There were a few tricky problems during the process of replacing the old door/window, which included concerns over the integrity of the lintel, but this was all solved by Mick and his team. Always on time and Mick is such an approachable guy and will always follow up your call. You would rather pay that little bit extra because you know that with MJB, the work will be completed on time to an excellent standard with a very hardworking team.Would highly recommend Mick and his team."

We're in the process of completing a single storey extension, completed by Mick and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
