"My Vaillant ecoTech boiler gave an F23 fault on a regular basis. Matt suspected a partial blockage in the system. When he cleaned the magnetic filter, which needed encouragement from a few spanner taps, it disgorged a lot of gunge. (previous boiler engineers from British Gas and Homeserve refused to try to empty this filter saying it was too difficult to reach). Matt recommended he came back to do a powerflush and strongly advised to replace the pump. This he did as well as give the boiler a really good clean. Throughout, Matt explained what he was doing and why. I will use him again."
