Martin came to paint my bathroom in August last year and I'll be using him going forward for any more decorating work I need. He was on time and clean and tidy and kept me updated through the day with what he was doing and any changes or bits that needed attention. He tidied up at the end of each day and was polite and professional throughout. Really happy with the outcome.

Martin was fantastic! He came right through the festive period as we wanted to finish our whole house painting before January 2025. He explained everything in great depth and always showed up on time and stayed until very late. Would recommend Martin to anyone!!

Excellent work carried out, very knowledgeable and gave us ideas. We wanted a darker grey but he told us about lighting and we went with his idea, best thing we could have done. M&L Property Services did a fab job completely refurbishing my children's bedroom. Martyn and Lewis laid the flooring, plastered the walls, new skirting boards and architrave. Followed by complete decoration. Even helped me build the bunk beds in the picture! Great, polite hard working lads, would highly recommend.

M&L Property Maintenance decorated the exterior of my house including soffits front and garage doors. They also replaced the guttering and installed a pvc strip behind the gutters to protect the wood from rotting. All work was completed to a high standard and on time and within budget. They were punctual, communicated well and left the area tidy each day. Very professional. Also pleasant to have around. I would highly recommend them.

M&L Property Services recently painted three bedrooms in our house and did some carpentry work as well – really impressed with the quality. The paint job looks great, super neat with no mess left behind, and the carpentry was spot on – you can tell they take pride in their work. Martyn and Lewis have been doing painting and carpentry since we moved to our house in 2020 and their latest work was beautiful, as always. They are perfectionists and really listen to what we are trying to achieve. It feels like they put as much care into getting it right as they would if it was their own homes, with huge pride and care. They’re also lovely, friendly people to have around the house. The latest job was a utility room and living room and we are so pleased with them.
