"I needed a joiner to fix/replace 3 doors that were faulty. Michael was the 3rd joiner who responded through trust a trader the other 2 made multiple appointment to come and requested photos of the job and did not turn up. Then they didn’t respond to my calls. I emailed Michael on trust a trader and explained the problem, he explained the doors would need replacing and asked me to contact his when they arrived. He made an appointment with me and carried out the work professionally and perfectly and I’m really happy. I will be calling him back when I have more jobs that need doing."
