"We hired the trader as they agreed to refloor our kitchen and hall in the short window before the new kitchen was fitted. Given the size of the job, we booked them in for four days, with the idea that they would also level part of the concrete underneath, which was extensively damaged. They insisted that it was not needed, but the floor is now clearly dipping in some areas. In general, we think the communication was poor and the work rushed, especially in the difficult parts (above cracked concrete, around walls), however we are happy with the kitchen floor."
