Feel bad leaving this review. All was good in begining and on completion but we live overseas and when tenants moved in they discovered shower doesnt provide hot water. Maybe instalation / Shower / user error. MS originally said they would contact the tenant but have failed to do so repeated and have ghosted me for 5 days now. now have to get another plumber in and chase this through consumer rights act at the SCC.
We arranged a time for him to come around to assess the job and give me a quote. He arrived promptly, which always impresses me, as it gives a great indication of character/what to expect. Having agreed to what I wanted/what he would supply we agreed on a time for him to arrive and do the job. Again, a prompt arrival and straight into the job. Hardly knew he was there, he got about his business so efficiently. Tidied up after himself and took the rubbish away. Very happy with the guy and the result.
Unprofessional plumber!!! Connected my toilet to the hot water pipe, every flush trigger the boiler!! Avoiding my call and not responsible for the mistake he made......Lousy job and craftmanship on fitting wall panel and boxing, created a big hole on my bedroom wall....Don't hire this Mitchell Hill, he's not even a qualified plumber!!!
