"Martin responded to our problem very quickly. He fixed the leaking pipe which was difficult to get to, but he made sure he identified the source and fixed it. We also had an issue with a small leak on the boiler, and he ordered the replacement part and came back to fix it. On the second visit he found another problem which involved a trip to Wakefield to get a part so that we weren’t without hot water or heating overnight. The heating is working better than it has in a while, and we have booked him to come and service the boiler in the new year. Highly recommended."
