They came out to repair a garage roof leak. Talked my elderly dad into putting fibreglass paint over an asphalt roof. It was meant to last over 20 years. No flashing and it leaked almost straight away. Cracked all over and not fit for purpose. It became quarrelsome when I complained. Cost us over £1600 in cash (invoice given) and despite our complaints, our telephone calls and texts have not been responded to, they have failed to put it right (Waiting for him to repair facias and soffits still) where he left it with missing joins/brackets. We have contacted a third party for advice and we were left looking for an alternative trader to repair the work that has been completed incorrectly. Due to our experience, we would never use them again.

Had a leak behind chimney stack, the trader said for £1200 they would fix the leak. Work was started on 11th October. After a couple of hours the 2 trades people stopped work, saying they were waiting for delivery of replacement tile. Then he returned, tiles put back, a bit of tapping on the lead flashing and 'all mended sir'. Paid the invoice. Except the leak wasn't mended. Next time it rained the stain on the bedroom ceiling got bigger. Then bigger still. The leak behind the chimney stack not mended. So, £1200 for 2.5 hrs work, and the leak wasn't mended. After much persistence the trader returns. No apologies. No willingness to honour the 15 year guarantee. No intention of going back on the roof to look again. I would not recommend this trader.

Needed a couple of tiles replaced. Shawn gave me an instant quote in receipt of an image. Booked me in next day and fixed the job super fast. Would 100% recommend if you need any roofing jobs done.

Shawn assessed the damage to our roof quickly using a drone and came to repair storm damage to our roof with his team, and his son. All were very polite and professional. With water coming in and birds taking up residence they delayed other work to rescue the situation. They were punctual and tidy and they did the job quickly to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Shaun was polite, punctual, and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately I realised after about 6 months I had a leak from the roof and it took me 2 years to get the guarantee and have the working fixed. There were a few calendar conflict issues and I would chase again every few months. That being said, when a date was finally agreed the work was completed again with the same professional manner and speed which made me hire them in the first place. Overall, I'm pleased with the work and manner of the workers, and it was a fair price with no additional costs to fix the errors.

2 chimney blockers fitted and new down pipe fitted. Took less than 1 hour and the old cast iron down pipe was taken away.

Shawn came to assess job next day and once agreed on price he attended next day 08:30. Repaired my roof which had ripped felt and broken tiles also ridge had to be repainted. Soffits, fascias and guttering been replaced. Very polite and friendly guys. I will use Shawn again.

Replaced old flat roof with new roof, replaced 4 missing tiles on the house roof and fitted new guttering and downpipe.
