The chap came over right away and kept us updated with regards to time frames. They were really friendly and explained everything to us which was really appreciated, the pricing was very transparent too. The work is great and they'll be my go-to from now on!

Very happy with the work carried out this afternoon. The plumber was polite and courtious and explained everything that was needed to carry out the job. Would contact again if anything needed doing in the future.
Arrived within 1 hour. Very friendly and professional. Replaced entire shower bar quickly and very tidy.
The plumber arrived in 15 minutes after I spoke to him, saw that the leak was very difficult to locate, (even went so far as to crawl under a dusty bed) and explained the difficulty of finding the leak, and what would need to be done in order to fix it. When it was fixed, he did the job quickly, inexpensively, and he even came out very early in the morning to take care of it before his already scheduled work. He was polite, courteous, thorough, and he didn't lead us on with additional problems to inflate the cost (though he really could have the damn leak was buried behind two inches of plaster). But we are especially happy that he came out on such short notice.

Sent an email describing the issue, got a phone call Approx. 30 mins after. Got a free call out booked in and was able to be fixed within half hour of being there just for the check. Up front about price.

Really impressed that he came out on a Saturday morning after only an hour’s notice. Very punctual and polite, checked what the problem was and gave us top advice, with the promise to come back on Monday if necessary.

In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
