Kevin and Tristan carried out the site work, working closely with Julian and found cause of the damp. Due to the water damage, the work needed escalated, but Julian supported with his knowledge, and a site visit from our insurance company that resulted in a positive outcome. He also arranged further specialist trades to undertake work required. Julians support helped reduce what was a very stressful time."
