Was let down by another company to service the boiler the night before, I called around on off chance anyone could help, Ashley was really helpful and was more than happy to help the next morning. Took about 30 minutes to complete the service and had the report before I left. Really helped me out, will be using again

Although no work was carried out on his visit and the fault was sorted, the fault returned an hour later. I sent pictures of the pipe work which he requested and I asked when he can come again. He didn’t respond to 2 of my messages, 2 of my phone calls and a voice message. Now we are left with no hot water or central heating and are now looking elsewhere for a different Gas boiler Engineer.

We had a new boiler supplied and fitted, getting a quote was quick and simple. Ashley committed to a day and time and he didn’t disappoint, his workmanship was amazing and we would highly recommend to friends and family in the future. Many thanks Sarah & Jason.

Contacted new wave OK 5am he messaged me at 7.30am came round promptly as I have my 81 Yr old father in law lives with me Excellent service... Booked engineer Ash to come to my property and have a look at the problem. Ash arrived on time and with a courteous manner. I explained what the problem was and he investigated several avenues that might be causing the problem. Luckily it was nothing major and Ash was able to sort it. Old boiler had fault codes repeatedly appearing, due to the nature of the issue and age of the boiler we agreed to replace. The boiler was replaced within a couple of weeks along with new hive thermostats. Work has been carried out to a high standard. Would highly recommend.
