When a plumbing crisis struck, Nathan was a calm and professional presence from the very first moment. His reassuring manner during the initial contact immediately put things at ease, and he went out of his way to be accommodating in getting the issue sorted quickly. Tom, his colleague, carried the same professionalism through to the job itself. He kept in touch throughout, making sure everything was clearly communicated, from timing to the work involved. He explained what needed to be done in a straightforward, confident way, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The end result spoke for itself — the quality of the work was great, leaving everything resolved to a high standard.

Just want to thank Steve and Nathan for a mega job! The job was originally supposed to be changing the shower tray but we found that the flooring underneath had rotted. Steve did an incredible job to build it back up and put some new tiles in! 100% recommend to anyone looking for bathrooms, kitchen and everything else under the sun!

Nathan was professional and very knowledgeable and communication was good throughout which is key. He kindly stepped in to finish off our toilet/utility room after we were badly let down by another builder.
