Went above and beyond to fix my dishwasher problem. Bit of confusion, mainly at their end, meant that the arrival was significantly delayed but the engineer was still committed to fixing the dishwasher. Realised extremely quickly what the problem was and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision as to whether to have the work done or not. New heater pump installed quickly and efficiently. Respositioned the brackets, which had slipped, so that the integrated device would still work. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Highly recommended, professional contractors. Reporting is one of a kind. Issue resolution is swift and accurate and quoting is within reasonable estimates. Please approach them as they worth every penny.

Jason was on time and very efficient. Gave lots of feedback to potential problem. After a process of elimination it was diagnosed as a software issue. With the cost to replace and the fact our Bosch dishwasher was 12 years old, we decided to purchase a new dishwasher. But would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic old school service. I explained my concerns having been previously ripped off by another company. They were prompt to book and very fair with pricing. The actual job couldn't be done as they couldn't obtain parts. Nimble only charged me £30 for their time for which I was grateful. 100% trustworthy in my opinion.

I have requested a quote on Sunday evening, for an oven which was not working. I was called back immediately and an appointment was booked for Monday the 6th Oct, the appointment was booked for between 12 and 1600hrs. Jason who attended has to say he was free to come early , which was good for us so he has come over. He was extremely professional and polite he has checked the oven and has explained that the element was broken and he could replace it,he has explained the price which was acceptable. Contacted almost immediately with upfront costs, gave advice around likely issue and booking engineer for the following morning. Engineer was polite, friendly and done a very thorough job and gave sound advice. Would highly recommend.

Lovely young man turned up, very polite, couldn’t fix the washing machine as it was beyond repair but was still willing to stay and keep trying. I said don’t worry and to move on with his next jobs. He completely stripped it and I totally believed he did everything he could. Gave him £10 tip as felt bad he got stuck in traffic and spent so long troubleshooting the machine.
