"Nathan turned up when he said he would to look at the work needed - always a good start! Sent a quote in a timely fashion and said he would fit us in when he could. Luckily for us there was an issue with scaffolding on another job, and he messaged to say if we could fit him in, he could start. Turned up on the day with two colleagues and quickly set to work. Long and warm day not without its challenges, but they fitted the one window and returned the next working day to do the second. Overall very happy. Polite, respectful and very tidy! New windows cleaned and thorough with the vacuum!"
