"I can't recommend Northpoint enough, Sheldon was prompt, kept me informed throughout the whole process and the work undertaken. There were complicated issues with the sourcing of matching tiles, and previous unacceptable work that needed to be made good. Sheldon is obviously proud of his work because his attention to detail is great and he left me with a roof that looks tidy. Broken tiles have been replaced, weather proofing added, a dormer window and flat roof stripped back and replaced/made good. Flashing replaced and a chimney waterproofed. The quoted amount was met and I feel like I've got a new roof, it's visibly a major improvement to my home. What else can I say, Sheldon and his crew are polite and decent blokes and I'd recommend them to anyone. This home improvement has been a great investment. Thanks Sheldon - I'm well happy."
"Arrived when he said to give a quote. Rang to arrange date to start job and then arrived early every day whilst on job. Kept me informed and showed photos where work needed as leak was worse than initially thought. Thorough job, very professional and left everything clean afterwards. Roof looks good. Would recommend to friends."
