We cannot recommend Olive Roofing enough - we had some broken tiles and the guttering was damaged as well. Slightly wary, we tried TrustATrader and plumped for Olive Roofing, and what a result! Olive Roofing were great from start to finish - a prompt visit to assess the problem, free quotation (overnight), nice people, honest advice, everything got fixed within a week and honestly we are so glad to know these guys are around. If you are worried about finding a genuine professional all we can honestly say is look no further - Olive Roofing are just a phone call away. Recommended without hesitation.

I had been alarmed by high estimates and an implication that the work proposed on my roof was urgent. A friend suggested checking with a trusty trader. Terry Scanlon came at once, took a look and did a small unblocking job in a roof valley immediately, and assured me there was no urgency at all for the work proposed - I could count on 5 years before it was likely to be needed! He was so helpful and explained everything and set my mind at rest. I would not hesitate to call on him again or to recommend anyone else to do so.

Olive Roofing & Property Maintenance recently carried out some roofing work at my property. They have been a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, quick turnaround, very friendly and did a fantastic job, couldn’t be happier. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for roofing or property work.

Terry came out with hours of me calling him due to a leak on my flat roof going into my bathroom. As it was late and raining he made the leak water tight to hold until the morning where he then came back and did a repair job and gave the whole roof an inspection. So helpful couldn't of asked for more.

We had 100m of built in gutter on our business unit that had rotted thru and also backed up due to several down pipes and drains having become blocked. Due to internal.flooding we needed urgent resoinse and solutions. Then we got snow and ice during which the clearing out and drain unblocking was done.... tgen as soon as the weather was warm enough for the epoxy to set the entire 100m length was repaired and relined with fibre glass and epoxy. Neat tidy and effective with good communications and final surevy report with pictures. Recommended !!

I have called Olive Roofing on 3 occasions over the last 2 years to work on the complex i live & on every occasion, the work has been done to a high standard & on time as promised. The most recent being the 10/11/2021 afew days after we experienced extremely high winds which did damage to tiles/felt on the roof. The tiles/roof looked spot on after they'd finished, same with the guttering we had replaced in 2020. Every time i've called or txt Olive Roofing, Terry or Kyle have always got back to me before the day is out. I've passed on the details of Olive Roofing to 3 people in the last 2 months as i know the standard of work/customer service they'll receive from Olive Roofing will be spot on & not get messed about. I def plan to call on Olive Roofing in future if i have building maintenance work that needs doing.
