We needed an underfloor timber survey. Adrian came with his remote control robot!! My grandson thought it was very funny to send a robot down there! Adrian has a very long and impressive list of professional qualifications. His report persuaded the Council to remove any concerns they had and issued the Cert we were after. Great result from a very professional company. Susan in admin was first class at making all the arrangements 👍

I've used Adrian several times now as my go-to damp specialist, and his extensive knowledge always impresses me. Both the roof work and DPC work were carried out efficiently and professionally, with great consideration for my tenant throughout. The site was kept clean and tidy at all times, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend his services.

We had 2 fans fitted and insulated vents in every room due to an issue with too much moisture in the air. Three workmen completed the work over 2 days. They arrived early, covered everything and kept the mess to a minimum. They were also really quiet (except drilling noise!). I would recommend and use this company again.

Adrian’s vast knowledge saved me from spending many thousands of pounds on unnecessary work other professionals had told me was required. His report and the subsequent necessary work carried out by Olympic was a great investment. My only regret is we didn’t not find him earlier .
