Orsett refurbishments reconstructed our home to allow for 3 extra bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. As well as a full house refurb and rear extension. I spoke to Luke along the way of the entire project who was available when we needed to ask questions. Luke dealt with the entire process and liaised correctly with his team. Communication was awesome, workmanship was great, cleaned up every day, we would recommend them to anyone.

Luke and his team completed a rear single extension for me. We were happy from start to finish with all of the team. Luke ensured everything went as smoothly as it can be when doing an extension. We had to change a couple scope of works during the project and Luke was happy to accommodate this for us. Orsett refurbishments is a very trusted company. I would highly recommend them.

We had a kitchen installation with everything being renovated in the room from floor to ceiling and asked luke if he can complete this for us. We have asked luke to do complete this for us as he has completed a few of our projects to date and we would highly recommend them. We can really trust the whole team with the work and the finances and I know I can rely on them. They are fairly reasonable with the prices. My family and I moved into a period house in 2000 which we fully refurbished, including installing good quality kitchen units with granite work surface and the original York stone flooring. There was nothing wrong with the kitchen units but after 25 years I wanted a change. Orsett Refurbishments had been recommended to me, so I contacted Luke to understand what they could do. He quickly gave me a quote and once I agreed to go ahead, he send me the vast colour options and timescales. The work was completed in the agreed timeframe to a high standard. Luke and his team were methodical in the preparation prior to painting, so the end quality was amazing. If your kitchen is in need of a refresh, painting the units will transform in at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend this firm more highly - totally trustworthy, reliable and professional.

Luke and his team have been working on refurbishing my bungalow for the past year after I bought the place. They have done several different jobs such as stripping out and refitting my kitchen, replacing laminate flooring throughout, replacng a UVPC conservatory roof with a fibreglass one, plastering, electricals, carpentry, plumbing, rendering, painting inside and out. He also refurbished two rooms which had been damaged by water leaking from dodgy pipes. I have always found Orsett Refurbishments to be a reliable firm and have always been satisfied by their work. Luke is an honest and respectful man who is not greedy. I do not believe that he has ever overcharged me, he is, and will remain, my first port of call when something needs to be done.
