I had a leaking stopcock under the kitchen sink that needed immediate attention. I rang Osman Plumbing and arranged for Omar to come later that day. Omar messaged me when he was on the way and arrived within the time set. He conducted an assessment of the issue and completed the work to a high standard, left the area clean and tidy and the price was good and he was polite and courteous. I will definitely be using Osman plumbing in future and will recommend him to others.

Could not fault this company, honest reliable, friendly service over the phone, and truly professional engineer Omar Osman is who visited and diagnosed the problem swiftly. Was given quote, once accepted, Omar was back out within 48 hrs hours as we still had heating / water, was not an immediate emergency, Omar revisited our noisy boiler , fixed within good time , keeping labour costs low. Left my place clean and tidy.

Like many of the reviews here, I can highly recommend Osman Plumbing & Heating Services. Omar was available during peak winter time when other plumbers and businesses were turning away a potential boiler installation. I have a lot of experience with tradesmen and always cautious with new introductions but from the beginning I got the clear impression Omar was a man of his word. There are no drawbacks to mention. I wish Omar all the best as his success is well deserved indeed.
